“Caucasian Dental News ” scientific-practical Journal accepts original articles on all sections of the medical field.11.12.1998 was officially registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan (№ 64).
Having registered at the international ISSN Center (Paris, France), the press agency acquired the status of publication under the number ISSN 2664-1089.
“Caucasian Dental News” is a peer-reviewed scientific journal with open access (open access). The journal builds its publication ethics policy on the recommendations and standards of the Committee on publication Ethics (the Committee on Publication Ethics – COPE). The journal was established on the basis of the new requirements of the Higher Attestation Commission under the president of the Republic of Azerbaijan for “periodical scientific publications recommended for publication of articles in the Republic of Azerbaijan”. The journal is in the list of periodic scientific publications recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission under the president of the Republic of Azerbaijan to publish the main results of dissertations in the field of Medical Sciences.The magazine is Published 1 time per year.

Rena Aliyeva – honored scientist, honored doctor. Doctor of Medical Sciences. President of Azerbaijan Dental Association (ASA). She is the founder and editor-in-chief of the first medical International Journal “Caucasian Dental News” in the South Caucasus and Azerbaijan.
Head of the Department of Pediatric Dentistry of Azerbaijan Medical University, Scientific Council of Azerbaijan Medical University, Scientific Council of the Faculty of Dentistry, member of the dissertation Council. R. Aliyeva is the author of more than 4 scientific works, including 10 textbooks, 200 textbooks, her works have been published in different countries of the world. Under her leadership, 1 doctoral, 10 candidate dissertations have been completed, and 2 doctoral dissertations are currently being implemented. R.Aliyeva as a scientist with a wide range, was elected a member of the International Academy of informatization (Montreal, Canada) in 2005 and the International Academy of Dentistry (USA) in 2007. R. Aliyeva is a member of the editorial board of Russian magazines “Маэстро стоматологии”,Uzbekistan magazines “Стоматология”. She is a member of the Parliament of the World Dental Federation (FDI).
